These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Massejli AI platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

User Responsibilities

Cancellation

Service Availability and Limitations

Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but service may be temporarily unavailable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency repairs
  • System upgrades
  • Force majeure events
Service Limitations

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

  • We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of AI responses
  • Service performance may vary based on usage
  • Features may be modified or discontinued
  • Third-party integrations may affect service

Limitation of Liability

Referral Program

By participating in the Massejli AI Referral Program (the "Program"), you ("Referrer") agree to these Terms & Conditions. Massejli AI reserves the right to suspend or end your participation at its sole discretion if these terms are violated.

1. Eligible Participants
  • Referrer: A user with a valid Massejli AI account in good standing (not suspended or banned).
  • Referee: A new user who has never registered with Massejli AI before and signs up using the unique referral link provided by the Referrer.
  • Massejli AI reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.
2. Definition of a Successful Referral
  • The Referrer shares their unique referral link with the Referee.
  • The Referee uses this link to register for Massejli AI.
  • The Referee either (a) signs up for the free plan or (b) upgrades to a paid plan - this activation triggers the Referrer reward.
3. Point Validity

All points earned under the Program are valid till the end of your current plan period. After this period, any unused points will expire and cannot be recovered.

4. Invalid Referrals

Referral attempts may be deemed invalid (and ineligible for rewards) if any of the following occur:

  • Self-referral or creating multiple accounts to earn rewards.
  • Use of spam, unsolicited messages, or manipulative promotional methods.
  • Violation of any local, national, or international law relating to advertising or promotions.
  • Misrepresentation of Massejli AI, its services, or your relationship with them.

Massejli AI reserves the right to cancel or revoke any issued rewards, suspend participation, or disqualify users from future eligibility.

5. Modification & Termination

Massejli AI may modify or terminate the Program, change rewards, eligibility criteria, or any other term at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

6. Miscellaneous
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-cash-convertible, and may only be applied within Massejli AI's platform.
  • Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising and promotional activities.
  • By participating, you agree that Massejli AI's records, data, and logs are final and binding in all decisions relating to the Program.

Termination

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
  • Service continues until end of current billing period
  • Data export available for 30 days after termination
Data Handling

Upon termination:

  • Your data will be available for download for 30 days
  • After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted
  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance
  • Anonymous analytics data may be retained

Governing Law and Disputes

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Lebanon.
